Is cold making you feel unpleasant, miserable and depressed? Here I am trying to discuss some of the best tips to help you to get rid of cold.
1- Drink plenty of water
Drink plenty of water in the day to break up your congestion. Drinking fluids like juice and water will help you to avoid dehydration and keep your throat wet. You should drink at least 8-10 glasses of water every day to avoid cold.
2- Use saline nasal spray
Make your own salt water rinse or use nasal spray to irrigate your nose. Salt-water washing helps to break nasal blockage while also eliminating virus contaminants and bacteria from your nasal area.
3- Stay warm and rested
Keep yourself warm and take proper rest. Staying warm and rested will provide your body with enough amount of energy to fight immune. So, try to laying down in a blanket and stay warmed and rested to avoid cold.
